The Best of Canada Small Business DEI Initiative award recognizes the best diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative. Participants in this category will be required to send one or more of their initiatives that happened from the beginning of 2021, demonstrating the organization's diversity and inclusion of their customers, supplies, employees, partners, and other stakeholders.
