Entry fees
Entry fees for all categories in 2025 BASA Awards are as follows:
Early-Bird
$200 for the first entry, $60 for additional entries, until May 1, 2025
Early deadline
$215 for the first entry, $90 for additional entries, until July 31, 2025
Regular deadline
$225 for the first entry, $90 for additional entries, until 20 August, 2025
You are not required to complete your applications at the time of purchase. They can be edited and modified by the deadline of 20 August, 2025, before the final submission for review by the judges. The BASA Awards® entry fee is the same for all the categories.
How to make the payment
Entry fees can be paid via credit card only at the time of application. If you submit one entry to several categories, you must pay the application fee for all the categories.
What next after the payment
After you pay the fees, you will get a unique link that will direct you to the Zealous partner platform to complete the application form. You can make any changes or edits before the 20 August, 2025, deadline, as no further changes will be allowed after the deadline.

The BASA Awards are established to celebrate and promote small business for their notable efforts in growing and building the economy of the country and the world at large. The Awards are fair and only allow small businesses to fairly compete with each other. This competition is for small businesses in Canada to gain recognition and help them strengthen their connection with their existing or potential clients. There is no favoritism or nepotism in the BASA Awards.
